FS21 sensor still not working after battery reset

Possible reasons

⚠️ If a normal battery reset did not work, an additional step of removing the Simcard might help. Please follow the steps below.

9. Leave the battery for 10 minutes without the SimCard.

10. Unplug the battery connector again.

11. Now put back the SimCard.

12. Plug the battery connector back in place. The sensor should turn on indicated by a green light, a bleep, and a red light again. Wait for a few hours to see if it responds to button presses and stops making the red light.

13. If the red light is off, remove the antenna and place the battery back to its casing. Be careful to ‘slide’ it into place.

14. Place the small ring back on the connector and tighten the nut by turning it right with a size 8 wrench or an adjustable one. Do not overdo this! You will break your sensor.

15. Finish assembling the sensor by adding the antenna and bottom part. Reinstall the small black grommet again.

If it the Red Light does not stop, please restart the device again by unplugging and plugging the battery connector. Thereafter, leave the battery with the antenna attached charging in place for 24 hours.
